The new Payment Portal is the result of the project for the modernization of administrative systems that the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena is implementing.

We accept payment by credit and debit cards Maestro, MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron. We also accept payments using Bizum.

UPCT does not store, process or transmit the payment data relating either to the card itself or the owner of the same: card number, cardholder name, expiry date, service code, electronic signature or authentication code of the holder, magnetic stripe on the card or bank account associated with the card.

UPCT uses a secure payment gateway which ensures the integrity of communications through safe media. Payment is made according to the security protocol 3D SECURE, to allow authentication of cardholders during online purchases, thus reducing the likelihood of fraudulent use of the cards. The authentication mechanisms are defined by the entity issuing the payment card.
